Was not able to use as jar was shattered upon receipt even though it was wrapped in bubble wrap🙃
Hi Cheryl! We’re so sorry to hear your jar arrived shattered—that’s incredibly frustrating, and not the experience we want anyone to have. I see you ordered three jars. I'd love to know if all three were busted.
We do take great care to package each order securely (including bubble wrap and crinkle paper), but once a package leaves our hands, it’s unfortunately in the control of the carrier and things can happen during transit that we can’t prevent. This is our first report of an incident like this.
That said, we absolutely would have loved the opportunity to make this right for you. We didn’t see a message come through from you prior to this review, and we’re always happy to help with replacements or solutions when something arrives damaged.

I loved everything from the packaging to the instructions to the lovely smell of the lavender. I’ve been using it on my wrist and a little on my chest and neck line every night my primary reason for purchasing was to assist me with sleeping better. I’m not sure that it is helping directly with that, but I will continue using itbecause Because the scent itself is relaxing.
